When returning a product you need a RMA number. To apply for a RMA number we request that you complete the following form.
Please describe the error as precisely as possible. The information you give will allow a more targeted, rapid and efficient troubleshooting both here, in house, and at the manufacturer.
If further inquiries become necessary, our repair service will contact you by e-mail or by telephone.
(1) General note: Items under warranty are repaired free of charge, provided they have not been misused. Repairs will be made by us or by the original manufacturer, provided that the repair is not considered uneconomical. The repair costs are composed of expenses and material costs.
If the inspection of the device is without result, we will charge you an inspection fee of CHF 150 regardless of the current warranty status of the device. Transportation costs will be charged at our regular rates.
The general term of payment for repair bills is 14 days net independent of other agreements. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions of Business.
