CCS LNSP

High output line lights

The LNSP series provides an extremely high light intensity making it ideally suited for all high-speed line scan camera applications requiring high amounts of light.


LNSP2

Featuring a narrow design, the LNSP2 series is well suited for use in limited space. It is available as a standard type, which can be used for a wide range of applications, and an NDF type, which is optimum for dark field inspection. Coaxial units are available for some models, which enables imaging with the illumination on the same axis as the camera - these are available for the LNSP2-100 / -200 / -300 / -400 / -500.

By controlling light diffusion through the unique illuminating mechanism, there is little change in the brightness due to distance, so you can flexibly set the distance between the workpiece and the Light Unit - this uses constant-voltage control.

The optimum light unit has been designed with its light emitting tip shifted to one side of the light unit body. As a result, the camera view is not blocked during illumination (and the light unit can be installed close to the workpiece).

The the 24V LNSP2 series is available in the luminous colour white (up to 2000mm), red and blue (up to 1000 mm) and can be supplied with and without a diffuser. Depending on the length of the lights the products are available with different connectors.

LNSP-FN

The LNSP-FN series provides an extremely high light intensity of up to 900.000 lux with forced air cooling (achieved for LWD of 50 mm).

Error detection is possible for the cooling fans and for the LEDs - An error is detected should a fault occur, such as insufficient speed or a stop in the cooling fans. It detects dead LEDs due to an opening in the light unit circuit or a shorted LED. This error detection is a function included with the PSCC series, the recommended control units for this light.

The current controlled LNSP-FN series is available in the luminous colour white (colour temperature 5,800K) in 100mm length increments up to a maximum length of 1500mm. Depending on the length of the lights they come with CCS QCBM or CCS QCB connectors.

LNSP-UV-FN

The LNSP-UV-FN series is available as narrow and wide type version with forced air cooling. The "wide type" irradiator (LNSP-FNNR) provides irradiation over a wide area. The "narrow type" irradiator (LNSP-FN) provides less attenuation, long distance irradiation.

As with the LNSP-FN, error detection is possible with the recommended power supply CCS PSCC.

The current controlled LNSP-UV-FN series is available in UV with 365 nm.
