PD2

The CCS PD2 has been developed for a wide range of CCS LED lights. It provides much more linear and repeatable intensity control when compared to analogue power supplies. The PD2 is suitable for all CCS lights without dedicated power supplies. Available with 2-, 4- or 8-channel and varying power consumption. Thanks to the various consumption options from 10 W, 30 W and 50 W types the PD2 series is designed for a wide range of applications.

PD3

The digitally controlled PD3 series combines the features of a number of different power supplies and controllers in one extremely versatile device. Illuminators using the PD3 power supply can be driven in continuous mode, or by using an external trigger input in on/off mode, or strobe mode. The power supply features pulse width modulation (PWM) at a frequency of 125 kHz along with 256 levels of light intensity and 10 different lighting times.

The device comes with 4 different configurations that include 3, 4 or 8 channels, 28 to 95 W to control 24 V lights or current controlled spot lights, depending on the model. The unit includes a digital display and a scroll button and well as digital control units for continuous mode and strobe mode.

PF

The PF controller is used to control the light intensity of the CCS PF illumination series (which are high power strobe lights). The external control can be performed with either Ethernet or parallel communications. There is the possibility to register sets of parameters called scenes, that consist of light intensity ranges, strobe times and other settings related to light control. All the parameter settings in any scene can apply to all channels at the same time.

  • Light intensity levels : 512 levels

  • Lighting delay time: 0 to 100 µs (in steps of 0.1 µs)

PJ/PJ2

These dedicated analogue control units for the HLV3/HLV2 spot light series enable step-less control of the light intensity through constant-current control. You can perform external control of the system you are currently using with the same 0-5 V external control as a standard halogen light source. Continuous current control enables more precise adjustment of the light intensity than is possible with halogen light sources. Four models of controllers are available based on your operating environment. 

It includes an integrated error detection display and illumination protection whereby the indicator lamp on the front panel will start blinking at a spot light distinction error or an overcurrent error. The output will be turned OFF if the output current exceeds 105% of the rated output current.

POD

The POD power supplies are strobe overdrive control units but also suitable for continuous mode. During the overdrive operation the POD is voltage controlled enabling you to individually control both brightness and flash duration. Furthermore the light intensity can be set to one of 512 levels at an output voltage from 24 VDC to 48 VDC.

PSB

The PSB controllers are analogue power supply units that provide stepless intensity control using variable voltage. These power supplies are ideal for continuous use with shutter speeds of 1/4,000 s or faster. The PSBs are also available with different input and output voltages. The units can be supplied with 100 to 120 V AC for the American or Japanese market, or 100 to 240 V AC for the European market.

  • Channels: 1 channel (analogue)
  • Control: front panel intensity control knob
  • Dimensions: between 65 x 114 x 42mm (WxDxH) and 86 x 149 x 55mm (WxDxH)
PSB3/PSB4

A high capacity and constant-voltage control unit equipped for parallel, serial, and analogue external control - all in a single unit. The optimal output can be selected (according to the light unit) and the intensity setting can be optimised by adjusting the intensity range. The power output will stop if any errors occur in the control unit - error information will be displayed in the digital display.

  • Channels: 1 channel light output via 4 connectors (2x 7-pin metal connector, 2x EL connector)
  • Cooling: forced cooling
  • Miscellaneous: manual control and external control possible (parallel communication, EIA-485 Communication, analogue input) - ON and OFF control is also possible via the EIA-485 communication.
CN

The CCS CN power supply is designed for continuous, strobe and overdrive mode. It is configured and operated via EtherNet/IP and offers no manual control.

  • Channels: 2 with FCB connector
  • Output power: max. 40W per channel at continuous mode and strobe mode (24 VDC)
  • Output power: max. 5 A per channel at overdrive mode (48 VDC)
  • Input voltage range 21.6 to 26.4 VDC
  • Interface: EtherNet/IP
  • Mechanical: DIN rail bracket
