Highly uniform and bright backlights

The Metaphase TX series of highly uniform and bright backlights provides superior performance for the most demanding machine vision applications. The latest High Density Precision Chip Technology (HDPCT) produces impressive intensity and uniformity across the full array (edge-to-edge). You can choose from two different control options: internal driver (-DC) or external driver support (-U). State-of-the-art driver technology delivers instant start-up and flicker-free operation.

The low-profile (25 mm) housing with only a 10 mm bezel is ideally suited for space-limited applications.

Application flexibility is guaranteed through six available wavelengths (R, G, B, W, IR850, IR940) and up to four combinable wavelengths for multispectral imaging. The 180-degree adjustable T-slot L-brackets offer maximum installation flexibility. Models with polarizer (field-installable) or collimated versions (TXCBL) are available.

State-of the-art driver technology

State-of-the-art driver technology delivers instant start-up and flicker-free operation. You can choose from two different control options: internal driver (-DC) or external driver support (-U). DC-version offers a built-in high-efficiency, dimmable constant current driver.

Multispectral imaging

You can create 35 possible combinations by selecting up to four wavelengths (two if using IR940) from a range of six available (R, G, B, W, IR850, IR940).
