High-resolution 1" C-mount lenses for use in the VIS and NIR range

The Schneider-Kreuznach TURQUOISE lens series includes high-resolution 1” C-Mount lenses. They are compact and robust and therefore ideally suited for demanding imaging applications even in harsh environments. With the special broadband AR coating, they can be used either in the visible 400 to 700 nm or in the NIR 700 to 1000 nm range.

The TURQUOISE lenses are available in three different focal lengths: 10 mm, 16 mm, and 70 mm, as well as a ruggedised version or with motorised iris.

Ideally suited for demanding applications

The Schneider-Kreuznach TURQUOISE high-resolution lenses are compact and robust and therefore ideally suited for demanding imaging applications. For extremely harsh environments, we recommend the extra ruggedised version.

Suited for the visible and NIR range

With their special broadband AR coating, the TURQUOISE lenses can be used either in the visible (400 to 700 nm) or in the NIR (700 to 1000 nm) range.

Renaming of Schneider-Kreuznach lenses

In order to make information more accessible, Schneider-Kreuznach has decided to restructure the lens range and rename the lenses accordingly. Following existing names, all product families will be named after gemstones.

Your benefit

  • You will be able to find a lens with specific features faster.
  • The naming is consistent across all documents, data and on the lens.
  • All features are transparent through the "descriptive name”. Our example below shows the current Xenoplan-M 2.0/28.

Please note:

  • Only the product names have changed. All lenses will remain technically untouched.
  • The product “families” will get a specific name, most products will remain in their “family”.
  • The products will be introduced gradually. The renaming process is expected to be completed by the end of Q1.
  • For technical reasons, lenses with both the previous and the new product name will be delivered during the transition period.
  • A reference list with all former and future names is available for download.
