High resolution lens for longer working distances
The Xenon-TOPAZ lenses are designed for modern CCD and CMOS sensors up to 1.1" and 12 megapixel resolution. They are broadband coated for the spectral range of 400 - 1000 nm (VIS + NIR) and optimised for longer working distances making them perfectly suited for applications like traffic, surveillance and long range machine vision set-ups.
The image performance remains stable thanks to the vibration insensitivity. The Topaz series offers extremely small form factors considering how high the performance and resolution levels are.
The minimal distortion can easily be corrected, because it shows no turning points and is almost linear. Most lenses are also available with the popular P-Iris motorisation. Just like all the other Schneider C-mount compact lenses, the Topaz lenses come with locking screws for focus and aperture.
These lenses are ideal for traffic and outdoor surveillance thanks to the NIR and VIS spectral range (400 nm to 1000 nm) and the optimisation for longer working distances.
