High intensity light with a compact housing and built-in driver
The smallest, most compact linear lights from Smart Vision Lights are the LM45 and LM75 series. These mini bar lights feature multi-drive technology, allowing the light to be operated continuously or in overdrive strobe mode. Extremely bright, these lights are available in severals wavelengths to meet your application needs.
The built-in Multi-Drive also protects the LEDs from premature degradation and failure caused by excessive heat. This is achieved by regulating the current delivered to the LEDs and limiting the duty cycle of the light.
The industry standard 5-pin M12 connector makes wiring easy and the multiple lensing options cover a wide range of possible applications. The 1–10 V analogue control gives the user total control over the lights intensity.

Simple integration into tight spaces
Made for rough industrial environments
The IP65 rating permits the use in harsh environment without the need of additional housing. This reduces costs, but also allows a more flexible integration in the machine. The 5 pin M12 connector provides a stable and quick industry-grade connection.
Driver already integrated in the device
Built-in multi-drive allows the light to work in continuous operation or overdrive mode. The 1-10 V analogue control line gives the user total control over intensity in the continuous mode. The user simply sets the product parameters to the maximum allowed intensity, according to the datasheet. The integrated driver makes it easy to trigger the illumination by using the strobe-out signal of the camera.
Versatile due to a variety of hardware configurations
The mini linear light exists in a number of standard colours: white (6500 K), blue (470 nm), green (530 nm), red (625 nm) and IR (850 nm). Additional wavelengths are available upon request. Both sizes LM45 and LM75 come either equipped with a standard beam angle (40°) or the wide beam angle (80°) lens.
