New 101 Mpixel and 151 Mpixel cameras have been released by Vieworks. Available in cooled and uncooled versions and utilising the high speed CoaXPress data transfer interface, these cameras are ideally suited for demanding ultra-high resolution inspection applications for flat panel displays, PCBs and semiconductors.
Two new 47 megapixel (8856 × 5280 pixel) models have been added to the proven Vieworks VA series of CCD cameras. The VA-47MC and VA-47MX utilise the CameraLink medium and CoaXPress interface standards respectively. Both cameras feature the latest 47 megapixel KAI-47051 CCD imaging sensor from On Semiconductor and offer frame rates of 7 fps at full resolution for the VA-47MC and 9 fps for the VA-47MX.
