High power LED ring lights for long-distance and wide-area irradiation
The CCS HLDR3 series include robust and flexible ring lights offering a high light output. They are available in 3 different visible colours (red, white, blue) as well as in IR (860 nm) for increased contrast depending on the object’s properties such as colour or texture.
Available with 3 different beam angles (+/- 8°, +/-20°, +/-40°), the HLDR3 lights can be used for various working distances and object sizes which is perfect for applications involving large workpieces or long-distance illumination. Their lightweight and compact size enable easy mounting on robotic arms and inspection equipment making them suitable for pick & place applications.
Custom orders are also possible e.g. different wavelengths.
Reasons for the CCS HLDR3 ring lights
The CCS HLDR3 ring lights are available with 3 different beam angles: narrow (+/- 8°), medium (+/-20°), and wide (+/-40°). This enables flexible use for various working distances and object sizes making them suitable for applications requiring long-distance or wide-area illumination. Depending on the beam angle, the recommended working distance can range up to 2 m.
