The Imaging Source has developed its GigE and USB 3.0 autofocus cameras to meet the demands of applications that require different magnifications or the ability to capture objects of varying sizes. With an integrated zoom lens, iris and focus, these cameras are the ideal solution for component inspection or intelligent traffic surveillance (ITS) applications. The software-controlled autofocus produces sharp images despite varying working distances.
Camera parameters such as white balance, gain and exposure time can be adjusted automatically or manually with the SDK or end user software. In addition, the sensors have performance-enhancing features such as binning, windowing and high-speed readout.
