Machine Vision Products - STEMMER IMAGING

With Europe’s largest selection of leading machine vision technology

Perception Park

The Austrian Graz-based Perception Park is the first company which specialises on industrial hyperspectral imaging. The data processing solutions based on industrial requirements result of more than 10 years of technological experience. Since January 2016 machine vision experts throughout Europe and Asia greatly benefit from Perception Park’s and STEMMER IMAGING’s cooperation.

Chemical Colour Imaging (CCI) technology makes complex hyperspectral data on a molecular level usable for machine vision. Hyperspectral cameras are able to transfer the chemical properties of an object into a spectral signature. This unique “fingerprint” is recorded as multi-dimensional hyperspectral data and is transferred into two-dimensional images.

Perception Park’s „Perception Studio“ software is a generic, configurable user interface which enables users to develop and configure own applications independently, without profound expert knowledge of spectroscopy, chemometry or hyperspectral data processing.

Chemical Colour Imaging systems are especially suited for the food processing industry, recycling, mining and the pharmaceutical industry.

Hyperspectral imaging creates new possibilities

Hyperspectral imaging provides its users with a high-performance possibility to determine differences in the chemical composition of test objects. This technology opens up interesting applications in areas such as recycling or food production.

Hyperspectral: Machine Vision 4.0

Vision 2016 | Stuttgart | Stand E52 in Hall 1 | 8 - 10 November 2016

With the compact FX10 hyperspectral cameras from Specim and the complete CVS HyperInspect systems, STEMMER IMAGING is exhibiting multi-purpose possibilities for hyperspectral imaging at VISION 2016. In relation to the development of imaging from monochrome via colour to 3-D image capture, this technology represents the next evolutionary step: Machine Vision 4.0.

Hyperspectral imaging on show

Stand C20, Vision UK@Photonex, The Ricoh Arena, Coventry, UK, 12 & 13 October 2016

STEMMER IMAGING will be showing its new hyperspectral imaging capabilities at Photonex. This innovative technique utilises the near infrared absorption behaviour of organic objects to reveal chemical composition information. Also on show will be a multi-camera packaging inspection system.
