Machine vision is a dynamic field: STEMMER IMAGING and our suppliers are the world´s leading manufacturers for machine vision components and solutions, introducing many brand new developments several times a year.
The new Optronis CR-S3500 Sprinter slow-motion camera features an integrated SSD data back-up capability. This speeds up data transfer of recorded sequences for analysis on a PC by 6 times compared to the use of a GigE interface for the transfer.
The CoaXPress Standard for the high-speed transmission of image data was
published in December 2010 and is distinguished by simple coaxial cables which
allow the high-speed transmission of image data over long distances. The
manufacturers of cameras and frame grabbers have now presented first products
with this high performance interface.
In the summer of 2012, Optronis introduced the CoaXPress high-speed cameras
CL4000CXP and CL25000CXP. Now the company presents the latest series of
cameras, the CamPerform (CP), which has a more compact housing and is
predestined for high-speed imaging.
Optronis is a pioneer in the development of high resolution, high speed
cameras, using high speed CMOS sensors and the CoaXPress interface. The
addition of the new high-speed CL25000CXP model extends their range yet
New control software for the range of Optronis CamRecord CR high speed cameras
available from STEMMER IMAGING brings increased versatility to industrial
multi-camera imaging applications. The TimeBench software not only provides
the facility to synchronise multiple high speed cameras, but can also
synchronise with GigE Vision cameras in the network operating at slower frame
rates. This offers great potential for applications where different imaging
rates are required at different points of the process.
