With Europe’s largest selection of leading machine vision technology

Automation Technology

Automation Technology or AT for short, was founded in 1998 and is located in Bad Oldesloe, Germany. The company manufactures 3D cameras and sensors for fast three dimensional measurements based on the sheet-of-light triangulation principle.

AT's core technology combines very high-speed CMOS sensors with smart FPGA preprocessing to extract height and texture data in a laser triangulation configuration. Delivering smart features such as line tracking and multiple region readout, these cameras deliver the industry's fastest laser triangulation solution with no load on the host processor.

AT's 3D products portfolio is divided into two families both using GigE Vision interface, the CX camera series (C2, C4 and C5) and the compact sensors.

Automation Technology C6

Fast high-resolution 3D camera based on laser triangulation technology with a high degree of configuration capabilities

Automation Technology C6-CS

Robust and compact high-performance 3D sensor with integrated laser line generator

The FebriScan is a complete LWIR camera solution for the detection of elevated body temperatures of human beings.

STEMMER IMAGING demonstrate vision for Industry 4.0 and machine learning capabilities

Stand A44, PPMA Show 2018, NEC, Birmingham UK, 25 - 27 September 2018

STEMMER IMAGING will be replicating a pick and place application by integrating industrial imaging capabilities into an Industry 4.0 environment using the new OPC UA communication standard. Also on show will be a 3D system using a machine learning method to read braille characters on boxes. In addition, 2D smart cameras and 2D vision sensors will be set up various configurations for OCR and code reading.

Multi-camera inspection technology on show at MACH 2016

Stand 5956, MACH 2016, NEC, UK, 11 – 15 April, 2016

STEMMER IMAGING is showing a multi-camera packaging inspection system, to determine print quality, read alphanumeric and barcode data and check fill-level as open boxes of sweets pass along the conveyor belt. STEMMER IMAGING’s extensive knowledge of vision technology allows the most appropriate camera type and data transfer standard to be selected for the individual inspection task and linked into a single system.
