With 101 Mpixels and 151 Mpixels respectively the new VC-101MX and VC-151MX cameras from Vieworks provide the ultra-high resolution needed for increased detection accuracy of cracks and defects on silicon wafers or solar cell panels, or for failure analysis of integrated circuits. FPD, BGA and PCB inspection also benefit from the ultra-high resolution. Fast frame rates and a CXP interface increase sample throughput to improve yields and productivity.
Two new 47 megapixel (8856 × 5280 pixel) models have been added to the proven Vieworks VA series of CCD cameras. The VA-47MC and VA-47MX utilise the CameraLink medium and CoaXPress interface standards respectively. Both cameras feature the latest 47 megapixel KAI-47051 CCD imaging sensor from On Semiconductor and offer frame rates of 7 fps at full resolution for the VA-47MC and 9 fps for the VA-47MX.
