STEMMER IMAGING will not pass on personal data to third parties unless explicitly indicated beforehand and agreed by you by means of a separate declaration. In exceptional circumstances we may be obliged to pass on personal data by the requirements of the GDPR for the data processing of certain contracts. Personal data will comply with the requirements of Art. 28 para. 3 GDPR within the scope of contracts for order processing within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

Every data subject has the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art.16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art.17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO).
