The global situation has been dominated for some time by the corona virus COVID-19. As an international company, we are aware of our responsibility to contribute towards the crisis management, containment and overcoming this pandemic.
We are all affected by this situation, both as private individuals and companies. It is difficult to predict how the situation will develop and what the short, medium and long-term effects will be.
First and foremost, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, their relatives and our business partners. We implemented measures early to reduce social interactions as much as possible at all locations. We have cancelled participation at events, business trips and large internal meetings and replaced them with digital communication via telephone and video conferences.
We are constantly proactively reviewing our internal processes concerning the situation and switched to shift operations for business-critical departments at an early stage to reduce negative effects on our business operations. We enabled home-office work where it makes sense and where it is necessary due to regional regulations. In our planning, we are also considering all employees who are only partially available in the office due to limited childcare availability.
We also take our responsibility for business continuity very seriously and are in close contact with our suppliers to identify possible delivery bottlenecks as a result of plant closures. By optimising our warehousing at an early stage, we have been able to prevent delivery delays and are now in a position to process all our customers' orders reliably, as you have to come to expect from STEMMER IMAGING.
It is essential for us to assure you, as a valued business partner, that we are doing everything possible to ensure that our business activities are maintained and are constantly reviewing all available options.

Onsite trainings at the training center in Puchheim will start again mid of June, of course with strict adherence to hygiene measures and distance rules.
