New sales structure enhances customer focus

STEMMER IMAGING stands for the perfect combination of innovative products, expert advice and comprehensive service. We have restructured our sales organization in response to our last customer survey in which the majority of clients expressed a wish for enhanced local support. We feel that the revised structure, detailed below, will enable us to respond even better to future demands.

To further optimise our local customer service and advice and to provide the best possible support for all customer groups in the specific industries, our sales division is now based on four elements:

  1. Sales Support is the first point of contact for requests by telephone or e-mail and the contact point to obtain quotations for components.

  2. The Technical Sales team provides technical advice by telephone, carries out preliminary tests and is the point of contact for technically demanding components and solutions.

  3. A Regional Sales team consisting of staff working in specific regions guarantees local support and expert advice.

  4. Key Account Management supports major customers and companies with long-term projects that require comprehensive support and close coordination with our suppliers.
