STEMMER IMAGING

The LNIS / LNIS2 / LNIS-FN series is a new concept product that was developed to detect scratches that move in direction. These are difficult to detect with conventional line sensor lights as they only emphasise the vertical scratch. This is easily possible due to the bi-directional angled illumination using an original optical design.

The LNIS-FN is designed with a cooling fan and can achieve 678 000 lux. By using the CCS PSCC power supply errors can be highlighted when faults occur, such as insufficient speed or a stop in the cooling fans. The power supply detects dead LEDs due to an opening in the light unit circuit or a shorted LED.
