CCS SQR / SQR-TP

Angled LED ring lights

CCS offers a large range of ring lights for homogeneous illumination. Both diffused and focused variants are available, all providing extremely uniform illumination. The SQR series and SQR-TP series both use compact square housings.

Heat dissipation material is used between the board and the aluminium housing, absorbing heat produced by the LEDs. This succeeds in greatly reducing the creation of heat, which causes the LEDs to deteriorate. The aluminium housing guarantees good heat dissipation.

These lights also support a strobe controller or an intensity controller, so that the same light can be used in different operational modes.

SQR

Like the LDR2, the SQR series is a direct light series where the LEDs are mounted perpendicular to a flat circuit board so that direct light is radiated towards the center of the workpiece. The rings of bullet-shaped LEDs are mounted on a square case.

There is a wide type version available with a +/- 40 degree beam angle. Diffusion plates and polarising plates are available for some models.

SQR-TP

The SQR-TP series is a direct light series at a low angle from an angled emitting part. Rings of surface-mounted LEDs mounted on a square case.

  • Dimensions: 28 x 28 x 4 mm and 34 x 34 x 6.6 mm (width x depth x height)
