Monochrome line scan cameras for fast scan rates with lower scene light

JAI Sweep's large 20 µm pixels can collect four times as many photons than a camera with only 10 µm pixels, giving better image quality with lower light intensity.

The JAI sweep can achieve twice the line frequency of a camera with 14 µm pixels and even four times the line frequency of a camera with 10 µm pixels under the same lighting conditions.

Thanks to the larger pixel area for collecting photons and the larger quantum well capacity the JAI Sweep offers a high dynamic range and an excellent signal/noise level. This means that both bright and dark areas in high contrast objects can be displayed within excellent image quality.
