Each BOA2 smart camera is powered by a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor that drives the embedded iNspect Express vision software. This easy-to-use software features a robust toolset to enable common inspection tasks, including pattern matching, precision measurements, flaw detection, verification, presence/absence of features, robot guidance, part identification, 2D matrix reading, barcode reading, optical character recognition.
Lighting options
BOA2 provides a direct connection to external 24V light sources with built-in strobe control. The BOA2 XA2 model can optionally be fitted with a high intensity ring light. This light has built-in collimators that provide uniform illumination across the target.
