STEMMER IMAGING is successfully expanding its European strategy

10 Jul 2015

Europe’s largest imaging technology provider STEMMMER IMAGING has successfully increased its total turnover by 20 percent to 76.6 million euros in the last financial year which ended on 30 June 2015. The establishment of four additional subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland reflects the company’s commitment to pursue its European growth strategy.

„With our turnover increasing by more than 20 percent in Europe we have exceeded our target and again outperformed the European imaging and machine vision market“, stated Christof Zollitsch, Managing Director at STEMMER IMAGING. “I am convinced that the positive result is largely based on the comprehensive service we offer. Of course, our product range covers all important imaging components required by our customers for the realisation of powerful and profitable systems and production plants.”

According to Christof Zollitsch, the key is STEMMER IMAGING’s strong focus on being a reliable partner to the customer and supporting the client by a comprehensive range of services in order to select the perfect components for timely implementation. “In addition to regular training courses, customised feasibility studies and developments as well as extensive support provided by machine vision experts our high level of assured delivery is an important benefit .“

The lion’s share of total turnover was again contributed by the German parent company which increased by nearly 10 percent from 39.2 to 42.9 million euros. The development of the French subsidiary has been particularly satisfactory: it recorded a growth of 17 percent compared to the previous fiscal year.

Highlight of the completed fiscal year has been the successful business expansion by subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland. Since 1 October 2014 the Swedish company Parameter has been operating under the name STEMMER IMAGING. Image House in Denmark has become STEMMER IMAGING after being integrated into the European group on 1 April 2015.
