The lights support continuous as well as overdriven strobed mode. For continuous mode, they additionally supply a 0-10V analogue control line, giving the user total control over the light’s intensity. As an additional advantage, the controller protects the LEDs from premature degradation and failure caused by excessive heat.
Both the small models (Mini Linear Light, Mini Ring Light RM75) and the LXE300 lights are available in different light colours. The models differ primarily in size. While the small models are ideal for situations where space for machine vision components is very restricted, the LXE300 allows for flexible extensions by up to six modules in succession.
The consequent usage of industry standard M12 connectors and IP65 protected housing predestines these lights for deployment in harsh industrial environments.
The Multi-Drive controller makes it easy and convenient to configure Smart Vision Lights illumination systems. You can easily switch between continuous and overdrive operation to perfectly adapt the lighting intensity to your application. Compared to continuous mode, the light output can be considerably increased without damaging the lighting in overdrive operation.
The Multi-Drive controller offers multiple benefits: The lights are protected from premature degradation or failure caused by excessive heat which significantly extends their life span. Ultimately, users benefit from lower maintenance costs and reduced downtimes.
