Over 1250 attendees on the European tour of the Machine Vision Technology Forum 2017
5 Dec 2017
With 750 attendees on two days, the tour started successfully in Germany. More than 50 presentations held in six parallel tracks showed a wide range of current imaging trend topics. Machine vision users from Germany, Austria and Switzerland were able to discuss the latest technologies and developments in a pleasant atmosphere and to directly connect with manufacturers at the accompanying table top exhibition. An entertaining evening programme for networking with a “Wild West” theme rounded off the successful first day of the event.
The positive visitor trend continued in the other countries. This time in the UK, the Machine Vision Technology Forum took place over two days with an evening event – just like in Germany. The programme offer was extended to include practical training and hands-on sessions and both new formats proved very popular.
Marcom & Events Group Manager,
We also received very positive feedback from many participants in France, Sweden and the Netherlands who were particularly impressed by the diverse mixture of presentations and exhibition. Astrid Sommerkamp, Marcom & Events Group Manager at STEMMER IMAGING, who attended all venues on the European Tour, explains: „Our aim is to offer European machine vision users expert know-how at a high technical level. We are constantly improving from event to event.”
The next round of Machine Vision Technology Forums is planned for autumn 2019.
