Schneider Swiron lens

SWIR lens with excellent correction from 900 nm to 1700 nm

The Schneider Kreuznach Swiron lens is perfectly suitable for SWIR applications where a correction from 900 nm to 1700 nm is mandatory. Not only is this lens coated for the SWIR range, it's corrected and delivers excellent image quality within this spectral range.

Reasons to use the Swiron lens

Excellent spectral correction for the whole SWIR range

When the whole spectrum of 900 nm to 1700 nm is required, the Swiron does not leave any doubts with its usability. The whole lens is made from scratch with the intention of fulfilling the needs of InGaAs detectors, making it perfectly suitable for hyperspectral imaging applications in the SWIR range.

Large image circle and high resolution

With an image circle that covers 25.6 mm, it is 50% larger than most of the other SWIR lenses on offer. Together with its high resolution of up to a 12.4 µm pixel pitch it is the perfect choice when it comes to high accuracy measurements.
