The DTCM Bi-telecentric lens series are specially designed for high-accuracy machine vision systems, especially with measurement applications. They ensure no magnification change when moving away or towards the object.
DTCM111 series is especially optimised for the Sony IMX253 sensor, with a pixel size 3.45 µm, with a pixel resolution up to 12Mpx, which is much higher than the 5Mpx of typical 1” cameras.
You can further increase depth of field and optical accuracy by pairing the DTCM lenses with DTCL series telecentric illumination. All of the DTCM lenses are tested and supplied with a detailed report.
DTCM is a complete series with more than 200 variants. On the basis of the matrix design, Vico can combine different object side parts with different image side parts to produce a specific lens option.
Some sub-series in the DTCM series are especially optimised for corresponding sensor items, including pixel size, pixel resolution, sensor format to achieve the best image quality when combined with the cameras.
Excellent resolution for large sensor sizes
These lenses feature a variety of FOVs from 16.6 mm up to 300 mm. The lenses have an excellent pixel size of 1.67 µm to 4.8 µm. The DTCM-series supports the highest pixel resolution among area scan cameras - with the 71 MP DTCM-series supporting the biggest area scan sensor size of 49 mm in diameter (5.5 µm, 47 MP).
