Imperx Cheetah CMOS Camera Series

Tested and certified for industrial, scientific, medical, aerospace, and transportation applications

A customised model of the Imperx Bobcat CCD camera series recorded critical visual data during Artemis II preparations - under intense vibration, thermal extremes, and radiation exposure. The Cheetah CMOS series draws on the same engineering heritage. It is the platform of choice for demanding industrial inspection, scientific, aerospace, and defence applications.

  • Sony Pregius and GPIXEL sensor options from 1.6 MP to 65 MP let engineers match resolution precisely to application throughput and detail requirements - without platform changes.
  • Wide dynamic range of up to >100 dB on select models handles uncontrolled or mixed lighting conditions, removing the need for additional compensation hardware.
  • Camera Link, CoaXPress, USB3 Vision, GigE, and 10GigE interface options allow the Cheetah to fit into existing system architectures without infrastructure redesign.
  • Passive thermal design with low dark current supports long-exposure imaging without forced air cooling, keeping systems quieter and maintenance requirements low.
  • Low power dissipation of less than 5 W enables conductive cooling, making the Cheetah well-suited for high-reliability and precision imaging applications where active cooling is not an option.
  • Extended operating temperature range from -30°C to +75°C covers the full spectrum of demanding environments, from controlled industrial settings to harsh outdoor and aerospace deployments.

Sony AS-DT1

Compact LiDAR depth sensing for autonomous systems - now available to order

Autonomous platforms need reliable spatial data in a form factor that actually fits. The Sony AS-DT1 is the world's smallest and lightest LiDAR depth sensor at 29 × 29 × 31 mm and 50 g. It combines direct Time-of-Flight technology with a proprietary SPAD sensor, delivering precise, long-range depth measurement across varying lighting conditions.

  • dToF architecture with SPAD sensor technology achieves accurate depth measurement at long range - performance that previously required significantly larger and heavier hardware.
  • 50 g weight and sub-30 mm footprint make the AS-DT1 viable for drones, AMRs, and compact industrial systems where payload and space constraints rule out conventional LiDAR.
  • Robust performance across diverse lighting conditions - indoor and outdoor - reduces the need for environment-specific calibration or supplemental sensing.
  • Built on Sony machine vision engineering heritage, the AS-DT1 is available as an orderable production unit, ready for system-level implementation.

Z-LASER ZQ1 High Power

Performance-enhanced laser line illumination for demanding industrial environments

The ZQ1 High Power extends the proven ZQ1 platform with increased optical output across visible and NIR wavelengths. In applications where speed, working distance, or ambient conditions reach the limits of standard illumination, the ZQ1 High Power maintains stable, uniform line profile - in a compact housing designed for continuous industrial operation.

  • Rugged, shock-resistant construction withstands humidity, heat, and helps maintain output stability, reducing the risk of illumination-related inspection failures.
  • intelligent cooling system reduces thermal drift over extended duty cycles, maintaining consistent line brightness in high-speed and high-throughput applications.
  • Tool-free focusing mechanism allows quick and precise adjustment during setup or product changeovers, helping reduce downtime on the line.
  • Visible and NIR wavelength options give system designers flexibility to match illumination to material properties and camera spectral response.

KOWA LM15FC-R LenseKOWA LM15FC-R Lense

Kowa LM15FC-R

C-mount lens with 2 MGy radiation resistance for imaging in extreme environments

Standard optics degrade under radiation exposure. The Kowa LM15FC-R is built specifically for environments where that is unavoidable - rated to 2 MGy with anti-browning optics, a 15 mm focal length, and support for 1.1" sensors up to 24 MP. A built-to-order lens for nuclear research, radiation inspection, and aerospace imaging systems.

  • 2 MGy anti-browning rating helps maintain optical clarity under radiation exposure, supporting stable imaging performance over time.
  • 52.3° × 39.8° field of view on 1.1" sensors up to 24 MP supports high-detail imaging over wide-field inspection tasks without the need for multiple lens positions.
  • Interchangeable iris plates with F2.8 / F4 / F6 / F10 and focus from 0.1 m to infinity provide precise optical control across a wide range of working distances and application requirements.
  • Double-nut focus locking and water/dust-resistant design keep mechanical settings stable after installation, even under vibration or thermal cycling.

Neousys POC-600

Fanless edge computing with next-generation Intel Atom performance in a compact footprint

The Neousys POC-600 is powered by the Intel® Atom® x7425E processor - four efficient cores operating at only 12 W TDP - and supports up to 16 GB DDR5 memory. Designed without a fan and in an ultra-compact form factor, it addresses the reliability and space requirements of embedded and edge vision deployments.

  • INTEL Atom x7425E Up to 1.5× CPU performance over previous Neousys Atom® platforms means more vision processing headroom at the edge, without increasing power consumption or enclosure size.
  • Higher DDR5 memory bandwidth accelerates image data handling in acquisition and processing pipelines, reducing latency at the system level.
  • Two 2.5G Ethernet ports with PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) support direct camera and sensor connectivity, reducing the need for external injectors and simplifying multi-camera wiring in space-constrained installations
  • No moving parts and a fully sealed design improve long-term reliability in dusty, humid, or vibration-prone environments where fan-cooled systems require regular maintenance.
  • Compact dimensions make the POC-600 well-suited for mobile inspection platforms, embedded machine builds, and installations where DIN-rail or panel space is limited.
  •  MIL-STD-810H certified for shock and vibration - built to withstand the mechanical stresses of demanding field environments, including control cabinets, trackside installations, and vehicle-mounted deployments
