Return shipments
A return of items is only possible as a gesture of goodwill and under certain conditions & prerequisites, which must be checked in each individual case.
After checking your request, you will receive feedback as to whether and under what conditions a return is possible. Please do not return any products to us before you have received a return note.
In principle, the following conditions apply to returns:
- Only items in original and unopened packaging that have been purchased directly from STEMMER IMAGING within the last 6 months (date of delivery) might qualify for a return.
- Customised articles and services (e.g. individually labelled articles or articles technically adapted for the customer) are generally excluded from return.

Processing costs of at least 5% of the item value will be incurred for the return. Depending on the type and nature of the item, higher fees may apply. A return of items with a net value of goods < 250 EUR is not possible in principle.

Only returns for which STEMMER IMAGING is responsible (e.g. wrong delivery, offer errors, etc.) and Sale or Return orders are excluded from these regulations.
