Corporate Governance

Transparent corporate governance builds trust among investors, employees, business partners and the public in the management and the supervisory system of STEMMER IMAGING AG.

 

This forms the basis for long-term economic success. Our guiding principle is the German Corporate Governance Code in its current version.

Code of Conduct

A respectful and co-operative collaboration between each other along with a common and conscious perception that a socially responsible business policy which respects both the law and ethical conventions best serves our long-term interests.

Whistleblower System

STEMMER IMAGING operates an IT-based whistleblower reporting system enabling every STEMMER IMAGING employee and also third parties, such as customers, suppliers and business partners, to submit information about violations of laws and guidelines worldwide and around the clock – securely, confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.

In addition to the above-mentioned contact options for the internal whistleblower office of STEMMER IMAGING AG, you can also contact the external whistleblower office at the Federal Ministry of Justice. Further information on this reporting centre and the possibility of online reporting can be found at BfJ - Whistleblower Office (bundesjustizamt.de).
Information received will be reviewed and processed by the compliance contact person at STEMMER IMAGING AG and will of course be treated confidentially.
We would like to point out that suspecting a person of a violation can lead to serious consequences for that person and we encourage everyone to use the whistleblower system responsibly.
In line with our corporate culture, STEMMER IMAGING encourages employees to first contact the appropriate supervisor or compliance contact in confidence.
