Increase production throughput and catch defects other cameras miss. This combined line scan system combines the Linea HS2-16K's 1 MHz TDI camera with the Xtium3-CLHS PX8 frame grabber to deliver 16 Gigapixels per second with zero CPU overhead. Engineered for semiconductor wafer inspection, flat panel displays, and life sciences, the system captures exceptional image quality in light-starved conditions whilst eliminating inspection bottlenecks.
1 MHz line rate with intelligent processing: The Linea HS2-16K delivers 16 Gigapixels per second whilst the Xtium3 performs real-time TDI multi-plane summation and correction on-board, providing ready-to-use images without CPU load, enabling faster inspection without sacrificing defect detection capability
Configurable multi-array architecture: Optimise for your requirements - ultra-high speed (128 stages), high dynamic range (128+32 stages), or high full well (128+128 stages) - with the frame grabber's hardware processing automatically adapting to each configuration
Backside illuminated sensor for challenging conditions: Superior quantum efficiency, particularly for UV and blue wavelengths, reveals nanometre-scale defects in light-starved applications where conventional cameras fail, reducing scrap costs and improving yield
Complete EMI immunity up to 100 metres: Active Optical Cables with dual Camera Link HS CX4 connectors ensure reliable data capture in electrically noisy industrial environments, providing 12.5 GB/s sustained throughput to the host system
The Schneider-Kreuznach OPAL series combines a thermal design with advanced optical coatings to deliver reliable high-resolution results in demanding industrial environments. Suitable for applications ranging from industrial inspection and robotics to security and fluorescence imaging, these C-mount lenses maintain precise focus and image quality regardless of ambient conditions.
Temperature stability from -25°C to +70°C: Consistent focus and image quality across industrial temperature ranges, eliminating seasonal recalibration and ensuring consistent inspection results
New 380–1000 nm broadband coating: Stable high transmission down to 405 nm, enabling the use of modern violet LEDs and lasers whilst maintaining near-infrared capability for multi-spectral applications
High MTF uniformity and anti-shading design: Excellent contrast and resolution across the full image field with uniform brightness, reducing post-processing requirements and enabling reliable edge-to-edge inspection
All-metal housing with C-mount: Long-term mechanical stability in demanding industrial environments whilst enabling straightforward integration with standard machine vision cameras

The MidOpt BN450 narrow indigo bandpass filter is tailored to blue LED and laser-diode illumination for machine vision, fluorescence imaging, and laser triangulation applications. Its optical design combines high transmission efficiency with effective ambient light rejection to improve image contrast in challenging lighting conditions.
Narrow 45 nm FWHM passband centred at 450 nm: Precise spectral matching to blue LED/laser-diode illumination and common fluorescence emission, boosting signal whilst rejecting ambient light for improved contrast in demanding lighting conditions
Peak in-band transmission ≥ 90% at the design wavelength: High optical throughput to maximize photon budget, enabling shorter exposure times and higher line speeds in production
StablEDGE design: Reduces spectral shift with angle of incidence compared to standard interference filters, maintaining consistent spectral response across the field of view for wide-angle applications and multi-camera setups
Available in multiple mount formats: Threaded mounts, 25.4 mm C-mount, slip mounts, and unmounted formats up to 165 mm square, providing flexibility for integration into various optical systems
The CCS UV3/VL3 series addresses the demanding requirements of fluorescence inspection, UV-scattering detection, and specialty material imaging. This next-generation illumination family delivers high irradiance at the target with uniformity and stable intensity, while offering flexible form factors to suit diverse production line configurations and inspection geometries.
Four peak wavelengths (365, 385, 395, 405 nm): Flexible spectral selection for fluorescence and UV reflectance or scattering imaging, optimising contrast for special inks, adhesives, invisible codes, and contamination detection applications
Up to 2× higher output than conventional UV2: Stronger UV irradiance at the same working distance for shorter exposure times for high-speed production lines and improved signal-to-noise ratios for challenging inspection tasks
Strobe overdrive capability: Exposure times as short as 1 ms, allowing imaging of fast-moving objects while maximising peak irradiance for enhanced contrast in fluorescence, UV reflectance, or scattering applications
Ring, bar, line, and spot configurations: Narrow and wide directivity options cover different fields of view and inspection layouts, from small-area high-irradiance applications to large uniform illumination requirements

A range of high-performance active optical cables which overcome the distance limitations of passive copper Camera Link HS connections, enabling flexible system architectures for high-speed line-scan and area-scan applications. With in-plug optical conversion and robust construction, these assemblies maintain signal integrity over extended distances whilst reducing cable weight and EMI susceptibility.
Extends Camera Link HS transmission up to 50 metres via 7-lane camera datastream and 1-lane control signals, overcoming the approximate 3-metre limitation of passive copper cables for flexible system layouts and remote camera positioning
Supports latest 14G CLHS cameras with optimised compatibility for high-performance line-scan systems such as Teledyne DALSA Linea HS2-16k connected to Xtium3-CLHS PX8 frame grabbers, ensuring full-bandwidth operation without signal degradation
Fibre optic transmission provides immunity to external EMI whilst offering thinner, lighter cables with smaller static bend radius compared to copper assemblies, simplifying cable routing in constrained industrial environments
Available for standard applications and high-flex drag chain installations with OM3 (standard) or OM2 (2 million bending cycles) fibre cable, providing robust solutions for both fixed installations and dynamic motion systems
