Why Bi-Telecentric lenses?
For the most demanding measurement applications, double-sided telecentric lenses are used where both the object-side and sensor-side of the lens are telecentric. This helps to maintain accurate measurements, even when the image moves slightly out of focus, providing very low distortion and stable magnification.
