The Gocator 5500 series combines Line Confocal Imaging (LCI) technology with an easy-to-use web interface, integrated measurement tools and multi-layer profiling. These intelligent sensors offer simultaneous 3D topography, 3D tomography, and 2D intensity data, allowing for precise scanning of a wide range of materials.
