CCS LFX3 Series - LED Flat Dome Lights
Uniform illumination that reveals features on challenging surfaces
Reflective, curved, and textured surfaces produce specular highlights and contrast loss that standard ring or coaxial lighting cannot resolve. The CCS LFX3 series delivers flat dome illumination field that suppresses glare, providing consistent, uniform coverage for reliable inspection of complex geometries and highly reflective materials. Typical uses include blister pack inspection, can inner/top surfaces, shrink films, packaging verification, and textured metal inspection.
• Up to 3x brighter output than LFX2 in white with strobe overdrive reaching 9x at 1/24,000s for high-speed production lines
• Dot pattern light guiding diffusion plate equalises brightness distribution and suppresses specular reflections for consistent imaging of curved and glossy surfaces
• 7 emitting sizes from 25x25 to 200x200mm in red, white, blue, and infrared - 28 model variants for application-specific wavelength and field of view requirements
• Side nut slots with clean projection face simplify mounting with high positioning freedom whilst eliminating loose hardware risks

Kowa LM6HC-V Lens
True wide-angle precision optics engineered for high-vibration environments
The Kowa LM6HC-V expands the ruggedised HC-V 1" series with a true wide-angle option, delivering approximately 96.8° horizontal field of view whilst preserving proven LM6HC image quality. Ideal for robotics, 3D metrology, high-vibration production lines, and demanding machinery requiring ultra-wide coverage.
• 6mm focal length with approximately 96.8° horizontal field of view on 1" sensors provides maximum coverage for close-proximity robotic guidance and 3D scanning
• Two-way reversible lock nut secures focus without set screws, eliminating loosened or dropped thumb screws for consistent imaging throughout the lens lifetime
• Interchangeable iris plates replace moving blades, providing fixed, vibration-proof F-number that remains stable under continuous shock
• Completes HC-V lineup from 6 to 50mm (6, 8, 12, 16, 25, 35, 50mm) for consistent integration and setup
• Optimised for 16mm image circle delivers high contrast resolution consistent across the complete HC and HC-V family
