Automation Technology - C6

The modular approach of the C6 opens up the possibility of controlling the configuration of the whole system by oneself. The triangulation angle, distance, optical lens, laser wavelength and intensity can be chosen entirely according to the requirements of the given application.

The C6 cameras are equipped with a ruggedised IP67 standard housing which offers protection from damage due to water and dust. Optional features such as an air purge system are available on request. Tearproof M12 connectors guarantee reliable cabling and reduce the risk of system failure. The industrial design allows for direct integration into an existing system without additional costly protective measures, thus ensuring rapid commissioning. It avoids time-consuming regular cleaning of the camera and minimises downtime.

The C6 series supports the GenICam 3.0 protocol, enabling software configuration without a manufacturer SDK. Any GenICam-compliant software solution such as CVB 3D can be used. There's all the flexibility required when choosing new software or continuing using an existing one. This avoids time-consuming training sessions for new software solutions.

The C6 features several integrated high-precision image processing algorithms for measurements with subpixel accuracy. Its HDR 3D technology is perfectly suited for objects with high differences in brightness and highly reflective surfaces.
