Teledyne DALSA Kaleido

SWIR hyperspectral imaging - built for high-speed industrial sorting and material discrimination

Kaleido integrates sensor and spectrograph into a single unit while keeping the lens interface open - and it sets a new performance benchmark for SWIR hyperspectral cameras. With twice the spatial resolution, four times the acquisition speed, and ten times the light sensitivity of previous-generation platforms, it solves applications in food, recycling, pharmaceuticals, wood, moisture measurement, and chemical composition analysis that were simply out of reach before.

  • 1280-pixel spatial resolution at 2300 Hz line rate (full spectral range) enables high-throughput inspection without trading spatial detail for speed - a common limitation in competing hyperspectral platforms.
  • 3.5 nm spectral resolution across up to 220 selectable bands gives applications the spectral granularity needed for reliable material classification, with band selection reducing data volume to only what the process requires.
  • Integrated sensor and spectrograph with aberration correction and consistent spectral calibration between units simplifies multi-camera deployments and reduces the setup effort typically associated with hyperspectral systems.
  • Minimal keystone and smile distortion ensures spatial and spectral data remain accurately co-registered across the full field, a prerequisite for reliable classification in precision sorting and quality inspection.
  • Open lens interface gives system builders freedom to select optics for the working distance and field of view their application requires, without being constrained to a proprietary optical assembly.

Neousys Nuvo-10109GC

High-performance NVIDIA Blackwell AI platform in a rugged industrial form factor - up to 4,000 AI TOPS at the edge

Running a 600W NVIDIA Blackwell GPU reliably outside a server room requires a different class of compute hardware. The Nuvo-10109GC is built for exactly that: sustained full-rated GPU output across a wide 9V to 32V DC input range, in a reinforced chassis validated to MIL-STD-810H for vibration and shock - suited to mobile platforms, transportation, and demanding deployments.

  • Up to 4,000 AI TOPS for FP4 LLM inference and generative AI, or 125 TFLOPS for computer vision tasks, providing the compute headroom needed for demanding real-time processing at the edge.
  • Three additional PCIe Gen3 x4 slots beyond the GPU slot allow system builders to add GMSL2 frame grabbers, high-end camera interface cards, or automotive Ethernet adapters within a single chassis.
  • Intel 14th/13th/12th-Gen Core LGA1700 CPU support with up to 128 GB ECC DDR5 memory provides a flexible configuration range for different application performance requirements and long-term platform availability.
  • Front-accessible hot-swap 2.5" SATA SSD tray and optional M.2 Gen4 NVMe tray simplify field storage management and support sensor data logging or HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) /VIL (Vehicle-in-the-Loop) testing workflows without system disassembly.

STEMMER IMAGING System Services

From hardware to a working system - assembled, configured, tested, and with full Documentation of system before delivery

Receiving a compute platform and getting it running are two different things. System Services bridge that gap: hardware arrives from our Manufacturing & Customisation team - ready assembled, configured, and tested to the level your project requires - with standardised processes and comprehensive documentation to support traceability requirements from the outset.

  • System Service Entry covers hardware assembly and basic functional testing, ensuring components are correctly fitted and operational before leaving our facility.
  • System Service Essential extends the base with BIOS configuration, operating system installation, hardware drivers, and multilingual OS support, so the system arrives ready for application development.
  • System Service Plus adds complete imaging software installation, component licensing, burn-in testing of all installed components, recovery media creation, and system data archiving for future support needs.
  • System Service Customized goes beyond the standard tiers with application-specific testing against customer-defined requirements e.g. processing performance, image capture framerate, data bandwidth throughput, and more.

Kowa LM-HC-VIS-SWIR

One lens, one setup - corrected across 450 to 2000 nm for hyperspectral inspection

Industrial SWIR and hyperspectral imaging demand stable lens performance across a wide spectral range. The Kowa LM-HC-VIS-SWIR series is corrected from 450 to 2000 nm, helping reduce chromatic focus shift. With C-mount design, six focal lengths from 8 to 50 mm, and optimisation for 1.1" class SWIR sensors, the series supports flexible integration in modern SWIR and hyperspectral camera setups.

  • Minimal focus shift from visible to 2000 nm reduces refocusing effort in multi-band and hyperspectral inspection setups, maintaining stable image quality as illumination wavelength changes between inspection modes.
  • Ultra-wideband coating maintains high transmission up to 2000 nm, reducing required exposure time or illumination intensity and lowering the overall lighting cost of SWIR-capable inspection lines.
  • Up to 160 lp/mm resolution with low distortion supports precise inspection of fine geometry and surface detail, relevant for both quality control and dimensional measurement tasks.
  • Designed for 1.1" format sensors, with 25 mm, 35 mm, and 50 mm models offering potential use on larger formats where application-specific optical performance is confirmed.
  • Floating focus mechanism maintains high image quality from close working distances to infinity, helping avoid the typical performance drop of conventional lenses outside their optimum working distance.

CCS LNSP - SWIR / Hyperspectral Imaging Light

Broadband SWIR line illumination for hyperspectral inspection and thin-film thickness measurement

Reliable hyperspectral inspection depends as much on the light source as on the camera. As part of the CCS LNSP series, this broadband SWIR LED line light is designed for applications where spatially and spectrally uniform illumination is critical, including thin-film thickness measurement based on reflected-light interference and HSI inspection where wavelength-dependent variation can affect classification accuracy.

  • High spatial uniformity across the illuminated line supports consistent spectral data across the full field, a key requirement for reliable spectral classification and interference-based measurement results.
  • Broadband SWIR output supports the wavelength range used for reflected-light interference analysis, enabling inline thin-film thickness measurement in production environments.
  • LED-based illumination offers substantially longer service life compared to halogen sources, with lower radiant heat, reducing cooling requirements and improving stability over extended operation.
  • Available as a custom-manufactured product – adapt shape, size, and optical layout to application requirements.
