Vieworks VCS-14MX2 Camera

14 megapixels or 338 fps. Most cameras make you choose.

Print, PCB and semiconductor lines increasingly need higher resolution and higher frame rate without giving up light sensitivity. The Vieworks VCS-14MX2 closes that gap, built for demanding inspection tasks in mono or colour versions.

  • 14 MP, back-side illuminated: The BSI sensor with 4,608 × 3,072 resolution and 5.5 µm pixels retains the light sensitivity that front-illuminated sensors give up at this resolution.
  • 338 fps at full resolution: Four-lane CoaXPress 2.0 reaches up to 50 Gbps and up to 21.037 fps at 32 lines in partial scan mode.
  • Global shutter, fully corrected: DSNU, PRNU and flat-field correction keep images accurate across the full sensor and reduce false rejects.
  • Two cooling options, one specification: Fan-cooled or heat-sink variants both operate from 0 to 40°C, so the enclosure decides, not the camera.

Z-LASER ZM18-V Laser IlluminationZ-LASER ZM18-V Laser Illumination

Z-LASER ZM18-V Laser Illumination

The same form factor. More flexibility for machine vision.

Integrators and OEMs building imaging, positioning and precision measurement systems need laser modules that adapt to different applications without forcing a mechanical redesign. The ZM18-V extends Z-LASER’s proven ZM18 platform with a broader wavelength range for machine-vision applications.

  • 405 to 830 nm wavelength range: Supports inspection, defect detection and alignment across different materials and camera sensitivities.
  • 20°, 30°, 45° or 60° opening angles: Additional angles are available on request, allowing the beam geometry to be matched to the application.
  • Established M18 form factor and four-pin M12 connector: Supports integration into existing systems while retaining established mechanical and electrical interfaces.
  • Fixed or manual focus, up to 170 mW and IP67 protection: Configuration options support different working distances and demanding industrial environments.

Teledyne DALSA Linea HS2

One more pixel array. One less excuse for low light.

Semiconductor inspection often runs in light-limited conditions where adding illumination is not an option. The Linea HS2 family now spans two new models: the HS2-HM-16K100T-00-B adds a fourth pixel array for the darkest semiconductor applications, and the HS2-HM-08K100H-00-B brings 8k resolution to lines that do not need the full 16k.

  • 8k or 16k resolution, up to 1 MHz: Covers both formats at full line rate, so the same platform serves multiple inspection tiers.
  • Dual CLHS interface, 16 GB/s: Field-proven high-speed data transmission keeps up with fast-moving lines without dropping frames.
  • Multi-array configurations: Prioritise dynamic range or responsivity depending on what the application actually needs.
  • Smart lens shading correction and on-chip binning: Corrects unevenness on-camera and adapts resolution to speed without extra processing steps.

Schneider-Kreuznach ZIRCONIASchneider-Kreuznach ZIRCONIA

Schneider-Kreuznach ZIRCONIA

High-resolution line scan optics combining performance and value.

Large-format sensors need lenses matched to sensor size, pixel pitch and application magnification, not simply a lens with a compatible mount. ZIRCONIA is Schneider-Kreuznach’s line-scan lens family built specifically for high-resolution imaging with large sensors.

  • 62.5 to 82 mm image circles, 5 µm pixels: Seven magnifications from 0.1x to 2.0x cover a broad range of applications, including display, PCB and AOI inspection.
  • 82 mm XL variant for 16k/5 µm line-scan sensors: Supports sensors including the Teledyne DALSA Linea HS2 16k, addressing larger line-scan formats within the same lens family.
  • V48 mount and best-azimuth marking: Extension tubes, focusing mounts and camera adapters simplify integration across different setups.
  • Dedicated 2.0x XL beamsplitter version: Supports applications using coaxial illumination with an integrated beamsplitter.

LMI Gocator 2D

Four new models. AI inference, right-sized.

Not every inspection task needs the same sensor resolution or on-board processing power, but every line still needs dependable 2D defect detection. LMI Technologies is expanding the Gocator 2D range with four new models, arriving late Q4 2026.

  • 5 MP or 12 MP, mono or colour: Match sensor resolution to part size and defect class.
  • Integrated Orin Nano AI inference: On-device deep learning for applications that do not require the full power of Orin NX.
  • IP67 and global shutter: Built for washdown and dusty production environments.
  • High-speed GigE and onboard storage: Trigger and strobe control are simplified before integration even starts.
