Warum LMI - Gocator 3000?

High accuracy

The sensor's 2 or 5 megapixel stereo camera provides accurate, full-area measurements suitable for analysing many features simultaneously with a single exposure. With snapshot sensors, the target is stationary during acquisition, effectively minimising the cost of expensive motion system components (such as encoders) and the associated errors due to vibration.

Industrial projector for long lifetime

The sensor’s LED light source makes it easier to work with the lasers. The bright LED and industrial design provide shorter exposures for faster measurements with an expected lifetime of up to 10 years of continuous operation.

Built-in hardware acceleration

In addition to the powerful scanning engines, each Gocator high-resolution structured light 3D snapshot sensor comes with next-generation dual-core controllers, which significantly increase onboard processing speed to match inline production speed.

Easy robot integration

The Gocator 3000 series is ideally suited for inline applications where objects are temporarily stationary such as robotic inspection and pick-and-place, snapshot sensors minimise the cost of expensive motion system components and errors caused by vibration.
